The guy who did my nails couldn’t understand me. When I tried to tell him what I wanted for my pedicure he didn’t understand me at all. I think he was going to just give me the basic pedicure, which I didn’t want. He asked another employee for help and she did help him, but then when it came to painting my nails, I had two colors and I wanted them both on my big toe nail. He put them one on top of the other leaving a line of demarcation. I asked if he could blend them together so there wouldn’t be a line, he did not understand. I showed him the picture of what I wanted again, still didn’t work. I ended up just having him paint them all one color. He had long nails and kept poking me and scraping my toes with them and my feet were tender by the time he was done. For callous removal, they use a communal cheese grater, which is not allowed in salons and not to be used on clients. Lastly, he burned me with the hot stones. I can handle the heat, but he didn’t check the stones and placed them directly on my legs, I pulled back in pain but he continued to rub them on me. It was a quick decision to get my nails done and I made the wrong decision, I went here because it was the only place open past 5pm in the area.
